I am Jyothi Maria and I come to Lead India Bharat Ratnas School with over 23 years of teaching and leadership experience. I hold a Masters degree in General Education with specialization in Intellectual Disabilities. I also hold a Masters degree Personnel Management. I hold three Bachelors degrees – Bachelors in Special education which gives me proficiency to handle children with Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, emotional and behavioural needs, Bachelors in General Education with specialization in Social Studies and English Language and Bachelors in Arts. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Counseling Psychology.
My goal as the Headmistress at LIBR is to provide experiential learning for students by overseeing all facets of operations needed to deliver excellent academics by imbibing core values and life skills. As the School counselor my goal is to create an environment of trust and respect where children feel safe to express and be themselves. As a special educator, I advocate to provide meaningful learning experiences through differentiated instruction, peer and collaborative learning.
My experience of teaching in First and Third World countries has widened my horizon to the needs and challenges of the student population and to celebrate diversity. My educational philosophy echoes with one of Einstein’s quotes: “Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school.” I am a strong believer in the principles of Restorative Practices and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports system. Finally, when I am not at school, I enjoy travelling, cooking, baking, sewing, and spending time with my family.

Mr. Rao has a Master of Science (Mathematics), Bachelor of Science (MPC) and Bachelor’s in Education (Mathematics & Physical Science), as his academic qualifications. He comes to Lead India Bharat Ratnas School with more than 18 years of teaching experience in the field of education. He has experience of working as a Principal, Head of the Department of Mathematics and an Administrator for various international schools in Hyderabad. At LIBR School, Mr. Rao heads the Mathematics and Science Departments and is also in charge of the High School Academic Operations. Mr. Rao is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated educator. His goal is to empower children to be successful learners and to create a stimulating and encouraging classroom environment that is adaptive to the varied needs of students.

Ms. Rincy Binose heads the English Department and is also Incharge for CCA & ECA & Co-Academics Operations at Lead India Bharat Ratnas School. She believes that every individual is born with a unique talent and special to the world. The role of an educator to help them showcase this talent and develop the confidence to face the challenges that life throws at them. Armed with a Master’s degree in English language and literature, she has been educating students under C.B.S.E curriculum for the past 12 years. She believes that in an increasingly interconnected world, today’s generation needs to be engaged, reflective and compassionate. Teachers need to endeavour to nurture and develop in each learner; a sense of local as well as a global responsibility. She has a vision of a world where people learn to respect, accept and embrace the differences between each other, as the core of what makes life so fascinating.

Mrs. Kalpana Kakarla has completed Masters in Physics and comes to Lead India Bharat Ratnas School with over 8 years of teaching experience. Being passionate about teaching she believes that teaching is a joyous process of learning. The versality of her knowledge has been one of the many factors contributing to her role at Lead India Bharath Ratnas School. She looks forward to continue to excel in student development initiatives.

Mrs. Vasantha Rani has a Masters in Science with specialization in Chemistry. She also has a Bachelors in Education and is well versed with computers. She has 15 years of experience working with children of different age groups. She is creative and passionate about. She believes that a Teacher affects eternity and one can never say where her influence stops. She is proud to be associated with Lead India Bharat Ratnas School as it provides her immense opportunity to grow and explore.

Mrs. G. Jhansi holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelors degree in Education. She has around 4 years of teaching experience handling middle and high school students. She believes in making learning fun and joyous for children as it creates a natural interest in the subject. Jhansi considers teaching as a noble profession and takes it up with utmost respect and responsibility. As an teacher she ensures that every child receives quality education. Apart from teaching Jhansi enjoys Calligraphy.

Ms. Beatrice Pattanaik has over 15 years of experience teaching students from Primary to Middle school. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts. She also has a Bachelor’s in Education with specialization in English Literature and Social Studies. (B.Ed). Beatrice is also a trained pre-primary teacher.

Mrs. T Sheela Reddy has over 8 years of rich experience working with young children in the age group ranging from 1-6 years. She has done Masters in Economics and is trained in pre-primary and primary education from ETTI (Euro Kids Teacher Training Institute). She has also completed a foundational course in Montessori Education from AMI. Before joining Lead India Bharat Ratnas School, she worked 8 years for T.I.M.E Kids pre-school. Sheela is most happy when she is among children, interacting with them and facilitating them to explore the world around them through hands on experiences. She is creative and spends her leisure time creating useful and innovative DIY projects.

Mrs. Nirupma Singh has over 14 years of experience as a Hindi Language teacher for senior classes. She has a Master’s Degree with specialization in Hindi (M.A from Osmania University) and a bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed from IGNOU) and Arts (BA from Ambedkar University). She is proficient with Computers. She is also a poet and a short story writer and along with teaching students she enjoys social service and helping children’s in extracurricular activities.

Mrs. Saroja Sri Ramadasu has over seven years of teaching experience as a Telugu language teacher. She holds a Master’s Degree in Telugu and a Bachelor’s in Education Degree with Telugu and Social Studies as her methodology from Osmania University. Saroja considers working with children a great responsibility apart from being fun and exciting. She loves reading books, listening to songs, and appreciating the beauty in nature.
