He has formulated the “Sudershana Chakra”, an Educational Transformative Model to inculcate 46 values and skills, thereby fullling the millennium goals of the UNO. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh issued orders that this training should be conducted in all schools of A.P. which has transformed the lives of more than a million students. The HRD Ministry of India is under contemplation to consider implementing the “Sudershana Chakram” all over the country. LIBR School will shape students into 21st century professional leaders with farsighted vision, values and potentials for excellence to emulate the Bharat Ratnas of India using the Sudershana Chakram. Being a common man’s corporate school, LIBR lays a lifetime foundation from Nursery to X.

A Role model, Subject expert, Innovator, Administrator, Dr.Swarnalatha Rao is post graduate and a doctorate in education. She adorns herself with rich fabric of educational and leadership achievements and variety of knowledge and experience drawn from various institutions she worked. She has vast experience of 48 years and retired as the principal of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Begumpet, following which she has also worked as Dean and Research Director for NRI group of schools and published 45 titles of books through research and development wing.

Lead India Bharat Ratnas School established in 2013 with a great vision and mission was inaugurated by a great visionary, our beloved Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam to be steered by Dr. N.B. Sudarshan Acharya. It is a school that creates opportunity for each and every student to carve their minds to develop their skills through multifarious scholastic and non-scholastic activities. The alumni, with training in sports at LIBR, have represented the country in international sports. A dedicated team of well qualied teachers mentor the children with care, respect and love. I am Parimala Reddy the Principal of Lead India Bharat Ratnas School (LIBR). I am an educationist for over 2 decades and come with a rich experience of handling a diverse group of learners under various education boards such as the CBSE, IB, and IGCSE. I have a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Osmania University and a Bachelor of Education degree in Math and Physics.

As the Principal of LIBR School, my goal is to provide a safe and encouraging learning environment where all students experience success by becoming confident, disciplined, and critical thinkers. These qualities will enable them to grow into responsible global citizens. As a team leader, I dedicate myself for the betterment of teaching-learning experiences of my staff and students. As an administrator, I propose high human values and ethics where school improvement is a constant priority.  I am looking forward to working towards building a strong teacher-student-parent community, through collaboration, hard work, dedication, and determination. I strongly believe that all this will help Lead India Bharat Ratnas School to attain the foremost place in the list of best schools in Telangana. At a personal level, I am focused and self-disciplined. In my leisure time, I enjoy gardening, exercising, traveling, and swimming.

I am Jyothi Maria and I come to Lead India Bharat Ratnas School with over 23 years of teaching and leadership experience. I hold a Masters degree in General Education with specialization in Intellectual Disabilities. I also hold a Masters degree Personnel Management. I hold three Bachelors degrees – Bachelors in Special education which gives me proficiency to handle children with Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, emotional and behavioural needs, Bachelors in General Education with specialization in Social Studies and English Language and Bachelors in Arts. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Counseling Psychology.

My goal as the Headmistress at LIBR is to provide experiential learning for students by overseeing all facets of operations needed to deliver excellent academics by imbibing core values and life skills. As the School counselor my goal is to create an environment of trust and respect where children feel safe to express and be themselves. As a special educator, I advocate to provide meaningful learning experiences through differentiated instruction, peer and collaborative learning.

My experience of teaching in First and Third World countries has widened my horizon to the needs and challenges of the student population and to celebrate diversity. My educational philosophy echoes with one of Einstein’s quotes: “Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school.” I am a strong believer in the principles of Restorative Practices and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports system. Finally, when I am not at school, I enjoy travelling, cooking, baking, sewing, and spending time with my family.

Being a mother of two school going children, Vijayalaxmi had the privilege to raise her own children while living in USA, Sweden, Chennai and now Hyderabad. She has been instrumental being the mother teacher at home for her own children’s education and upbringing during early phases of their life, while children studied in top notch schools at USA, Sweden, International schools for expats at Chennai and Hyderabad. Out of her own keen interest on young children education and parenting, she has done a deep absorption of the best practices, methods and activities of all these schools where her own children studied, combined with her own creative thinking and research, she provides guidance and inputs in forming the design for LIBR Pre-Primary and Primary school implementations and methods.
