Early Foundational Years (Nursery & Kindergarten)

We are looking for passionate and dynamic teachers, who can inspire our students with a love for learning, ensuring no child is left behind and that everyone is encouraged and stretched to achieve the very best they can achieve.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.
  • Conceptual teaching through activities and interactive learning.
  • Phonetic teaching of the English language.
  • To use teaching methods that stimulate students’ intellectual curiosity, include a clear presentation and excellent resources, and incorporate effective questioning techniques.
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children.

Administration & Support Vacancies

School Accountant

Role & Responsibilities
  • Fees Collection.
  • Manage petty cash account.
  • Keeping track of all the monitory transactions at the location.
  • Entry in tally software.
  • Admissions processing.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, Daily-Monthly reports.
  • Prepare daily deposits of goods sales receipts.
  • Provide monthly detail to the Accountant at Head Office for General Journal entries.
  • Insure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
  • Prepare correspondence as needed within the department, Filing etc.
  • Assist HR Department with payroll system and payroll-related items.
  • Assist the school office with various common responsibilities such as school uniforms, books & stationery, events in the school, etc.
  • Other allied work.
  • Co-coordinating with HR in processing EPF
  • Ensure that all administrative duties, checks, documentation, reports and returns (internal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadlines.
