Yoga is one of the most recognized ways for enhancing the state of our mind and body. A few minutes of yoga during the day is helpful in maintaining good health and wholesome personality. Practicing yoga improves the physical health of children, dissipates excess energy, and relieves tiredness. At LIBR, we follow yoga as a technique for relaxation, to increase attention span and to sharpen concentration. We ensure one hour of yoga practice session every week for students and also introduce them to Yogic Science, Mindfulness, Yamas (Don’t’s) & Niyamas (Do’s), Asanas (physical postures) and Meditation.
